We offer 1 to 1 personal training as 30 minute sessions or 1 hour sessions for adults or children.
We run group personal training sessions on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6.30pm. These sessions are 1 hour long and are limited to 6 people in the group.
We can also offer group training sessions for your own group at a time that suits your group. We work with groups of athletes, groups of friends and family groups (including mixed groups of adults and children).
We run several bootcamps throughout the week. Our bootcamp class numbers are limited to 10 in a class. Our classes are different every time and evolve depending on the ability of those in the class.
You choose how many bootcamps a week you want to attend and you will be provided with login details when you sign up which you can use to book or cancel classes by following the link on our class bookings page or downloading our app 'PTMinder' from your app store.
We offer online coaching through our online programming software. You will receive your programmes for your gym training days and you will receive coaching and feedback for these sessions online.
